Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
* Work with small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
* Provide one-on-one support to students with specific needs, including SEN.
* Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and collaborate effectively with teams.
* Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working in various schools and with diverse age groups.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* A patient, caring, and supportive demeanor.
* Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are advantageous but not required.
