Benefits: Salary: £23,400. 35 hours per week. Flexible working hours. Onsite working. Half-day Fridays. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (subject to completing full hours prior to this).
About us: Join Airbus Military UK Part-145, an elite team supporting the RAF\'s A400M fleet. We are an approved line maintenance organisation providing aircraft recovery, scheduled maintenance, and component support worldwide. Our main operating base is a Hangar facility at RAF Brize Norton. We work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and focus on preparing aircraft for governmental missions in various environments.

Responsibilities
* As part of an inclusive team, you will work with cutting edge aircraft knowledge and learn from industry experts while tackling real-world challenges and contributing to project management, continuous improvement, and supporting the leadership team.
* Collaborate with experts: work shoulder to shoulder with licensed maintenance engineers and gain insights from aviation maintenance professionals.
* Hands-on experience: engage in practical tasks that impact real aircraft management situations.
* Innovate and create: contribute to designing, testing, and optimising aircraft processes using current technologies and methods.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Placements are open to Undergraduates only; candidates must be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

* You will be studying an Engineering-related degree.
* Ability to listen, understand, and communicate information effectively and efficiently.
* IT competence for managing data, email communication, and documentation.
* Desire to work in an open, trusting environment, both independently and within a team.
* Pro‑active attitude and positive engagement in a technical learning environment with a focus on personal development.
* Interest in finding, developing, and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.
* Professional attitude toward external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Having a UK driving licence and owning a car would be beneficial.
Security and Recruitment
