Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire and Security Technician located in Wilstead. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire and security systems, including alarm systems and network security infrastructure. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with clients to address their fire and security needs. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience with Troubleshooting and Alarm Systems
* Understanding of Cybersecurity and Network Security practices
* Awareness of Occupational Health and compliance with safety regulations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant certification in Fire or Security Systems, or equivalent industry experience
* Experience in fire safety or security installation and maintenance is an advantage
