The Role
As theRegional Sales Lead for the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands,youll play a key role in growing Bob Ws corporate revenue across these markets.This is a hands-on commercial role where youll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and helping to position Bob W as a preferred accommodation partner for corporate clients.
In addition to your individual contributions, youll lead and support a small regional sales team of 3, helping to align efforts across markets and share best practices.We're looking for a strategic self-starter with a strong hospitality sales background, deep local knowledge, and a passion for building long-term partnerships. As part of Bob W's international commercial team, youll help shape the future of hospitality with a brand thats redefining the guest experience.

In this role, you will:
* Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts, with a primary focus on the UK market.
* Lead and support asmall regional sales team (currently 3 team members)in the Netherlands and Germany to achieve market-specific goals.
* Drive account growth through strategic Total Account Management, including onboarding and retention activities.
* Represent Bob W at trade shows, networking events, FAM trips and site inspections to promote our brand.
* Ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and maintain CRM data to align with sales processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to implement data-driven strategies and optimise direct booking volumes.
* Create and execute strategic business and account development plans to expand market presence.
* Act as a role model for the team, sharing best practices and living Bob Ws values.
Our 5-star candidate:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in hospitality with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
* 2+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated team delivery in a sales function.
* Deep network of corporate accommodation buyers in the UK (Netherlands is a plus).
* A proactive, strategic thinker who excels in relationship-building and negotiation.
* Skilled in managing and growing key accounts using a Total Account Management approach.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an excellent ability to prioritise high-impact opportunities and guide strategic actions for long-term revenue growth.
* Highly organised with experience using CRM tools and reporting sales metrics.
* Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch or German is a strong advantage.
