A great opportunity has arisen within a leading property group who are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join their growing team. Our client has multiple offices situated across London and are a market leader in their field.
This fantastic role will be working alongside the property management team, in beautiful offices located in North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
~Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration
~Liaising with tenants & landlords
~Managing tenancy correspondence and utility account setup/closures
~Coordinating gas, electrical, safety checks and certificates
~Chasing safety documents, deposit releases and outstanding rent payments
~Handling property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
~Updating and managing the key system
~General administrative support to the team
Key Skills:
~Previous experience in a property management or lettings is desirable
~Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
~Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
~Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general IT systems
