Key Responsibilities
* Lesson Delivery: Teach pre:planned lessons across different year groups, ensuring that the high standards of the school are maintained.
* Classroom Atmosphere: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment using the schools behaviour and reward systems.
* Feedback and Handover: Provide thorough marking for the work completed and leave a concise report for the permanent teacher to ensure a seamless transition.
* Student Engagement: Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of the students in Grays, ensuring every child can access the curriculum.
* Reliability: Be a dependable presence in the school, arriving on time for morning briefings and contributing to the schools daily routine.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a valid UK teaching qualification.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with the current National Curriculum (Primary or Secondary).
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
* Compliance: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
* Location Access: Ideally suited for those based in Upminster, or Grays, with easy access via local bus routes.
