This role focuses on diverting women away from the Criminal Justice System and into supportive services that promote rehabilitation and recovery.
What We Offer
* Competitive Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience
* Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week with flexibility

Your Role
* Provide one-to-one and group support to women with vulnerabilities
* Coordinate multi-agency approaches to safeguard and manage risk
* Empower women to make positive changes and enhance their well-being
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years’ experience of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN)
* Experience of developing partnerships with local organisations
* Experience of undertaking needs assessments and maintaining risk assessments
* In-depth knowledge of issues facing vulnerable women, including domestic abuse, mental health, accommodation, substance misuse, and finance
* Ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to engage with services
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to extending professional competence and reflecting on practice
