Main Objectives of the role: The Project Admin will be the first point of contact for everyone contacting the site and supporting them as required Provide administrative support to the Site Managers and the rest of the team Liaise with residents and the site’s team to effectively deliver on commitments Assist in overseeing the works to ensure they are conducted in a safe manner and meet the specified requirements in terms of cost, quality and timescale Book appointments and manage project trackers Help prepare and review budgets Carry out research in line with the project aim Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (i.e., contracts and terms of the agreement) Do you have what it takes? Professional and highly organised with strong time-management skills Good typing skills and strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint & Excel, generally IT minded Good interpersonal and telephone etiquette manners Ability to work with tight deadlines, change in priorities and work effectively as part of a team Why work with us?
