A respected housing provider is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing litigation team in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior disputes lawyer to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of housing matters while learning within a supportive three-person specialist team.

Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
* Managing a caseload of in-house litigation matters
* Advising on tenancy disputes, possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases
* Supporting the organisation on disrepair and enforcement matters
* Working closely with housing officers and operational teams
* Assisting in developing best practice and risk management processes
Profile
The Housing Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with some litigation experience
* Ideally familiar with housing law or property-related disputes
* Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Able to provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice
* Keen to develop specialist expertise within housing litigation
