We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in your designated station, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
What will you do?
* Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
* Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
* Assist with food prep and portioning during service.
* Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house as needed.
* Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head or Sous Chef.
* Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
* Support other chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

* Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a busy kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
* Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
