About the Role:
As a Luxury Travel Specialist - Asia, you will craft exceptional, high-end tailor-made holidays across the diverse and enchanting destinations of Asia. You'll use your expert destination knowledge, GDS proficiency, and sales flair to delight customers and maximise sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities as a Luxury Travel Specialist:
1. Design and sell bespoke, luxury itineraries throughout Asia (e.g. Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and more).
2. Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a highly personalised and consultative sales experience.
3. Use GDS to manage bookings, flights, and travel arrangements efficiently.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets, delivering strong conversion and revenue performance.
5. Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
