Kickstart Your Career as an Apprentice Administrator with Plymouth Community Homes!
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to learn? Join our Procurement and Supply Chain team as an Apprentice Administrator and gain valuable experience supporting our busy Fleet and Procurement functions.
You’ll get hands-on experience in:
* Supporting the smooth running of our vehicle fleet from servicing and maintenance records to insurance and handovers.
* Assisting with procurement projects, supplier management, and contract administration.
* Producing reports, handling enquiries, and learning how to use key business systems.
* Working alongside experienced professionals who’ll guide and mentor you every step of the way.
This is a great opportunity to build your confidence, develop essential business and communication skills, and take the first step towards a rewarding career in administration and procurement, whilst working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

The successful candidate:
* Must be willing to work towards an Apprenticeship Standard at Level 3 in Business Admin.
* Should have an interest in technology and good general IT skills
* Have strong problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
* Enjoy working with a variety of colleagues from across the business, possessing strong communication and inter-personal skills
* Have excellent planning and organisational skills
