About You
* 3+ years overall QA experience
* Demonstrated experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction
* Strong sense of quality ownership
* Highly result-oriented and proactive
* Lifelong learner and passionate about learning new things and taking on new challenges
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes
* Experience with Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac OS X
* Experience with Scrum development processes
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
* English – intermediate or higher
Extra Awesome
* Experience with performance and load testing (JMeter)
* Experience in automated testing
* Knowledge of Java, 4GL
* Knowledge of SQL and scripting
Responsibilities
* Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking
* Defining test strategy and test plans and reviewing them with stakeholders
* Creating maintainable test artifacts also traceable to requirements
* Improving test coverage
* Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality release
* Using the appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
* Identifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggesting actions for improvement
