Site Support Technician – 1-Month Contract (Potential Extensions)
Location: Bromborough, UK (Onsite)
Rate: Up to £220 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: 6th October
Duration: 1 Month (with potential for extension)
A leading global consultancy (name anonymised) is seeking Site Support Technicians to join an onsite deployment project in Bromborough, UK. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to provide IT support and maintenance within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, ensuring smooth IT operations and effective service delivery. The position involves both onsite and remote support across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Deliver end-user support across Windows 10 and Microsoft Office environments
* Build and configure new laptops, including imaging and deployment
* Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults
* Provide mobile support (iOS and Android)
* Offer basic printer setup and maintenance support
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and timely issue resolution
Requirements
* Proven background in IT support within a corporate or enterprise environment
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard desktop technologies
* Experience with imaging processes and hardware builds
* Familiarity with mobile device and printer support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
