The role
Temporary Customer Service Advisor
7 week assignment to start ASAP.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
£12.75 per hour.
Location: Romford.
Assignment Duties
- Work as part of a large team, liaising with customers and updating information on the in-house database.
- Forward feedback emails to customers and log responses.
- Respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email.
To be considered for this role
- Confident in talking to customers over the telephone.
- Available to work for the next 7 weeks without substantial absences.
