Quality Assurance Assistant

Based at our Norwich Head Office, the Quality & Compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across our digital systems. This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant with strong data analysis skills to support auditing and monitoring within our Nourish Care Planning System. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent IT skills, and an interest in compliance and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse, review, and audit data within Nourish Care Planning to ensure accuracy and compliance with CQC, GDPR, safeguarding, and organisational standards.
* Identify trends, inconsistencies, and errors in digital care records and escalate for corrective action.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards to highlight compliance levels, risks, and improvements.
* Support the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
* Assist with training sessions, inductions, and workshops on digital care planning.
* Contribute to the preparation for external inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
* Promote a culture of quality, accuracy, and innovation across the organisation.
About You :
* Strong data analysis and IT skills, with the ability to identify patterns and risks.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Flexible and adaptable to new systems and processes.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with digital care planning systems (e.g. Nourish).
* Knowledge of compliance standards (CQC, GDPR, safeguarding, NICE, PAMMS).
* Experience preparing reports, audits, or supporting staff training.
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
