Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with significant experience driving business transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives from concept to completion. Passion for driving solutions forward and making a tangible impact on the organisation's success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Any experience with vehicle related or financial / accounting related projects is a plus. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
