Current vacancy for a care home provider covering the Milton Keynes area.
You will be overseeing the FM contracts ensuring all day to day repairs, PPM and compliance areas.

* FM Knowledge and ideally have worked within a client side role
* Empathy with residents
* Good engagement and Communication skills
* Experience in Financial Management and SOR experience
* Contract Management of service partners understanding.
* M&E (Hard Service Experience)
