We’re looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join a forward-thinking Insight team. This is your chance to own projects, create actionable insights, and influence key decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve customer experience and drive commercial performance. If you love turning data into јават stories that make an impact, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Insight Analyst, you’ll deep-dive into customer data (so a background in this is a must) to uncover trends and opportunities. You’ll build dashboards, deliver reports, and provide recommendations that shape strategy. One day you might be supporting a product launch, the next you’re analysing behaviour ahead of a major market event, every day is different!
You’ll collaborate with Client, Customer and Product teams, translating insight into action. On top of this, you’ll be hands on with SQL being your main tool, Python, PowerBI and working with cloud platforms like Snowflake so it’s more than your usual insight role.
What experience you’ll need to apply
We expect the following experience:
* 5+ years of experience in an Insight driven role (Senior Insight Analyst or similar)
* Several years of experience working on customer insight (or client insight) projects
* Strong SQL skills (confident coding in SQL)
* A background using insight to tell a story, data analysis and presenting insights, working at a senior level
* Familiarity with data visualisation toolsid(Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
* Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
* Knowledge of financial services or commercial analytics is desirable
What you’ll get in return for your experience
You’ll receive a competitive salary up to £69,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include private medial, 26 days holiday, an enhanced pension and more. The role requires two days a week in the Bristol office.
