Our advisory services teams help clients to solve business and operational challenges, make informed commercial decisions and implement better, more sustainable solutions. We work hand in hand with Arup’s entire range of technical experts to add value at every stage of a project, asset or investment lifecycle.
Our North Advisory Services team are expanding and are seeking to grow our Programme and Project Management (PPM) capabilities. Every big idea deserves exceptional planning and execution. From buildings and estates to large-scale infrastructure, and through driving enterprise-wide transformation, we deliver high‑quality, sustainable results, on time and within budget.
We are seeking expressions of interest from Programme & Project Management professionals within the built environment across the North. With offices in Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and Sheffield we offer flexibility on which office you choose to work from on a hybrid basis! We are primarily seeking candidates at senior level and above. However, we have a range of opportunities available across multiple levels and welcome applications from professionals with varying degrees of experience.

Qualifications
* Project management experience in the delivery of complex building projects across various sectors, with experience of the design, procurement and construction stages of a project.
* A degree in a relevant discipline and membership of a relevant professional body such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB.
* Knowledge of advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work winning with cross‑functional applications of services and skills.
* Experience in Project Planning, Projects Controls, Commercial Management or Contract Administration with strong P6 skills.
* Team leadership/management experience.
