Protocol Education are recruiting for Psychology Graduates/Students who are looking to build their experience of working with children/in schools.
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to build a career in working with children. We can offer full or part time and flexible days. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of different schools and with children of different ages and abilities. You do not need any qualifications or experience but the drive and passion to make a difference to the lives of children.
The Role
* To work alongside the class teacher in supporting children with their learning
* To manage the behaviour of pupils whilst they undertake their work and ensuring a constructive and positive environment is always enforced
* De-escalating situations within the classroom in the correct way while adhering to safeguarding procedures
* Carrying out small group work and working with children with additional needs
* Reporting any safeguarding concerns using the school’s referral procedures and safeguarding policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
