Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated NPORS Instructor for a full-time, on-site role. The NPORS Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-standard training sessions on health and safety and plant operations. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, evaluating candidates' performance, and maintaining accurate training records. The role involves ensuring that all training aligns with NPORS standards and meeting the tailored needs of our diverse clientele.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices
* Proficiency in delivering NPORS-accredited training and preparing training materials
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging participants
* Experience in evaluating and assessing candidate performance
* Ability to maintain accurate training records and manage administrative tasks
* Experience in the construction or heavy engineering sector is advantageous
* NPORS Instructor certification or similar qualification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site
