About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to work within the Wills and Probate Team at our Darlington office.

The successful candidate will work on a range of private client matters including the Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, grant only probates, estate administration and tax/trust advice.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of private client matters including the Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, grant only probates, estate administration and tax/trust advice.
• Support marketing of the firm’s services within the community and business generation; create business contacts through networking.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and be flexible in approach to work.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy Probate department.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Team working skills and ability to work with other fee earners within the team.
