Sales Manager (AV systems) Lurgan c. £30,000 base, bonus scheme, company car, pension plan plus more We are working with a successful supplier of AV Solutions to commercial and industrial customers across NI to recruit for their new Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in the delivery of sales activities across target markets, this will include; Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within target markets Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan Setting KPIs & Pipeline forecasting Develop and manage Supplier relationships and facilitate product training Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status What we are looking for 3 years experience in a sales role, ideally experience of the AV markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills In return you can expect an excellent package and progression opportunities.
