Our client, a leading automotive parts retailer with close to 40 sites across the UK, requires an experienced and professional Assistant Centre Manager to join their Weston-super-Mare centre.
You will report to the Branch Manager and oversee a friendly team of 10. Your responsibilities shall include:
4. Helping oversee a team of 10, made up of Parts Sales Advisors, Drivers, and Warehouse Operatives.
5. Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
6. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
7. Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
8. Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.
9. Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
10. Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
To be eligible, you will need to live within a reasonable commutable distance of Weston-super-Mare and hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a form of telesales or trade parts. A full UK License is essential for this position.
