We’re looking for an organised and customer‑focused Empty Homes Officer to help bring our empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
* Manage empty homes from tenancy end through to re‑let, working closely with internal teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and void loss.
* Monitor progress and attend weekly void meetings.
* Coordinate utilities, support decants, and ensure homes meet our Home Standard.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience delivering a customer‑focused service and managing competing priorities.
* Confident IT skills.
* A full driving licence with access to a car.
