We have opportunities for a Trainee Trimmer to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.
The twilight shift, working Monday to Thursday. Core hours are 4:30pm to 3:00am. We offer competitive rates of pay, plus a 20% night-shift premium, company pension, 19 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:(You will be offered in-depth training):
Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manualsHelp develop processes to improve quality and efficiencyHas the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essentialExcellent attention to detail is essentialExcellent accuracy levelConstant aware of health and safety
SKILLS:
Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.Has good hand eye co-ordination.Can follow written and verbal instructions.Someone who is practical and enjoys practical working.Has a positive attitude.Is a team player.Good problem-solving skills.Flexible.Can work in a fast-paced environment.
