The Lewis School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and committed individual to join our Science team as a Science Technician (Classroom Technician) as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will provide technical and practical support to teaching staff and learners within the Science Area of Learning and Experience. This is a non‑teaching role, focused on the preparation, maintenance and safe management of resources, equipment and learning environments to enable effective practical science delivery.
Under the supervision of the Regulatory and Technical Support Team Leader, and working at the direction of teachers and/or a senior technician, the postholder will play an essential role in ensuring that scientific practical work runs smoothly, safely and effectively.
