Commercial Manager - Transmission & Renewables

Turner Lovell is recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading EPC Contractor with a turnover exceeding £1 billion in the electricity and renewable energy sector. Following the award of multi-year framework agreements, the company is expanding its team to deliver turnkey HV substation projects across the UK, ranging from £20 million to £300 million.

Role Summary

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to take the lead on some of the major Transmission projects.

We're seeking someone who can oversee commercial activities across a portfolio of high-profile schemes, working closely with project teams to protect margin, reduce risk, and strengthen commercial performance.

* You'll provide guidance to MQS, QS and AQS colleagues, while helping to embed commercial best practice across project and site personnel.
* You'll support accurate reporting, forecasting and claims preparation, ensuring all commercial outputs are delivered on time and aligned with the project risk management plan.
* You'll also take ownership of subcontractor management and financial reporting, ensuring consistency and strong commercial governance across all projects.
