The role: Our Retail Indirect Tax team is market leading, providing advisory, operational and compliance services to many clients across the retail sector. We advise across all aspects of indirect tax, with specialists in VAT, customs, excise and environmental taxes.
Our team is fuelled by deep retail expertise combined with curious minds working together to provide innovative solutions to navigate challenges. As part of the team, you’ll continue to build your tax technical skills while working with a diverse range of retail clients across the sector. You will also have the opportunity to develop operational consulting and technology skills as you support clients in managing the complexities of legal and regulatory requirements.

What your days will look like:
1. Client Relationship and Business Development: Build relationships with retail clients and collaborate with PwC teams to secure new work.
2. Innovative Solutions and High-Quality Advice: Offer tailored advice on product liability, retail schemes, loyalty programs, and more.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor team members within multidisciplinary Indirect Tax teams.
4. Industry Engagement and Continuous Learning: Present at industry forums, stay updated on legislation, and utilize technology to solve client challenges.
