Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a thriving Primary School Autism Provision in Lambeth, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated communication and social needs.

This inclusive and welcoming primary school has a specialist autism provision designed to provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment for pupils with a diagnosis of Autism. The Role
As the SEN Teacher, you will:
* Lead a small class of pupils with ASD (EYFS or KS1/KS2 depending on experience)
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles
* Foster communication, independence, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with a team of experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists, and SENCO
* Track progress using individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
* Promote a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience teaching children with Autism and/or additional needs (school or specialist setting)
* Strong understanding of autism strategies (TEACCH, PECS, Makaton, sensory integration etc.)
* Patient, reflective, and passionate about inclusive education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
