About the Role:
Working as part of a well-established field team, youll visit residential areas to promote a popular and trusted service. This is a soft-sell role-no hard closing-just engaging conversations and a chance to make a real impact through your communication skills.
Youll be trained on the service, supported by team leaders, and rewarded through a generous commission and bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit pre-selected estates and postcodes across the UK
Engage with residents to introduce and explain the service
Provide clear, confident answers to questions
Hit daily and weekly KPIs to unlock bonuses
Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
What Were Looking For:
Experience in door-to-door sales, fundraising, or utilities (preferred)
Confident, chatty, and able to hold natural conversations
Positive mindset and a driven attitude
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Resilient when facing rejection and able to stay motivated
Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday
Commission-only role with minimum weekly earnings of £500
Weekly performance bonuses and team incentives
