* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, helping to attract, develop and retain talented staff who are committed to delivering high-quality care.
* Understand and interpret the priorities of board‑level sponsors, ensuring that NHS Elect’s work reflects and supports their strategic intentions.
* Operate with a high level of autonomy, using your expertise in organisational development to assess needs, design interventions, and create environments that support adult learning and meaningful change.

Become part of a vibrant team living our values - expert, kind, collaborative and aspirational. You’ll get an experience like no other and will fast forward your career.
