Scheduler - Engineers My client are looking for a Scheduler - Engineers to join their busy service desk team in Liverpool. This role provides dedicated support to key customers, ensuring effective allocation of engineers and resources, and acting as the main point of contact for all reactive and planned maintenance requests. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs. Key Responsibilities * Handle internal and external calls, including reactive maintenance requests. * Review and monitor open call-outs and planned maintenance tasks daily. * Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities. * Support engineers with accurate details on quotations and follow-up works. * Keep customers updated on progress and engineer arrival times. * Ensure follow-up calls, parts orders, and works are completed to KPI/SLA standards. * Liaise with internal departments to deliver professional service solutions. * Manage customer complaints from initial contact to resolution. * Proof and check engineer and subcontractor paperwork for accuracy. * Support contract management to deliver service agreements to the highest standard. Requirements * Strong geographical awareness and ability to plan/prioritise workloads. * Experience with help desk systems and administration tasks. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Experience with a computerised facilities management system. * Minimum 3 years’ experience within FM/M&E maintenance and scheduling.
