Whether it’s a special birthday, or a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!
As a Customer Service Host at Milton Keynes Theatre, you'll help us achieve this, by offering customer support from our Box Office for up to 90 minutes before each show begins. You'll answer queries about the production, the theatre, and the local vicinity, resolve ticket queries and make sales of the additional products and services that enhance our audiences' visit to the theatre - from TheatreCard memberships and gift vouchers to food & beverage packages.
Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
