Join our team as Recovery Worker in Rotherham

Our team in Rotherham are looking for 2 Recovery Workers to provide high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

We do not have a sponsorship license and cannot provide sponsorship to live and work in the UK. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
You should be compassionate, motivated, and able to build meaningful relationships. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, especially with substance misuse issues, is preferred. You must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and work well within a team. A positive, engaging attitude towards clients and stakeholders is essential.
This role involves supporting clients to identify their goals and creating tailored treatment plans. You will manage an active caseload, ensuring respectful and dignified treatment of clients.
What we’re looking for
* Attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or willing to achieve within 12 months
* Experience in health, social care, or related settings
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Teamwork skills and resilience under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Comfort with IT and digital media
* Organizational skills and time management
* Flexibility with working hours
* Willingness to support other locations as needed
Must meet safeguarding requirements, including a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
This role requires working on a Saturday from 9am to 5pm on a rotational basis, with hours to be compensated during the week.
