Automotive Technical Trainer delivering high‑quality technical training across diagnostics, EV & hybrid systems, ADAS, emissions, electronics, and chassis technologies. Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver technical training across diagnostics, EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics, emissions and chassis technologies
* Translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging training content
* Adapt training delivery methods to suit varying levels of technical ability
* Support the development and continuous improvement of course materials and practical exercises
* Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, legislation and product developments
* Maintain accurate training records and attendance data
* Gather delegate feedback to support continuous course improvements
* Support technical demonstrations, events and customer engagement activities
* Prepare workshop environments, vehicles and diagnostic equipment ahead of training sessions
* Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and training partners
* Work collaboratively with technical and support teams to maintain consistent messaging
* Stay up to date with evolving vehicle technologies and automotive industry developments
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector
* Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics and emerging technologies
* Experience with EV/hybrid systems, ADAS, electronics and diagnostic equipment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience developing technical training content for classroom or online learning
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
* High level of IT literacy and familiarity with e‑learning platforms
* Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences and stakeholders
* Customer‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Experience working within a global or matrix organisation is advantageous
