* Prepare the annual UK corporation tax returns end to end; including group relief with support from Assistant Tax Advisor
* To make timely CTSA payments on account.
* To prepare tax disclosures for UK and Bermuda group and subsidiary statutory accounts at both year end and half year periods.
* Support senior tax manager on quarterly tax reporting.
* To assist in the preparation of syndicate returns and information submitted to Lloyd's.
* Support senior tax manager to review PSA return prepared by the Finance team.
* To manage Assistant Tax Advisor in respect of operational taxes including certificates of residence.
* To establish and maintain effective working relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders.
* Provide support to the rest of Group Tax for other projects and business initiatives as required.
