Our vibrant school is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join the performing arts department. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and develop their confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic drama lessons across key stages 3 and 4
* Foster a love of drama, performance, and creativity among students.
* Direct and support school productions, drama clubs and extracurricular activities
* Assess, monitor, and support students' academic and practical progress.
Qualifications
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
* Has a passion for drama and performing arts.
* Has experience teaching drama in a secondary school.
* Is an engaging and inspirational teacher with excellent classroom management skills.
* Is committed to fostering creativity, teamwork, and confidence in students.
We will be appointed on a fixed term contract covering Maternity, commencing 5th January 2026.
