About the Role
The Marketing Executive will lead and support integrated multichannel marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. This role spans strategic planning, content creation, data analysis, and campaign execution, working closely with marketing, sales, and editorial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute annual and campaign-level marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives and budgets.
* Manage multichannel campaigns (email, web, events, social media, and third-party platforms).
* Create compelling content in various formats (blogs, case studies, webinars, videos) to attract and engage target audiences.
* Analyse campaign performance and customer journey metrics to inform optimisation.
* Champion consistent brand messaging and support website content optimisation for lead generation.
* Coordinate product launches and ensure marketing activity aligns with audience needs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet shared sales and engagement goals.
* Track marketing spend and support reporting on campaign ROI and lead performance.

Skills and Experience:
* Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to design and execute multichannel B2B marketing plans.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in interpreting marketing data.
* Excellent writing and content creation abilities across formats.
* Skilled in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
* Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Pardot) is a plus.
* Understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is desirable.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for events (up to 5 days at a time).
