- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling Qualifications:-Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
-Commercial mindset- Excellent communication skills at all levels- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Perceptive of customer needs
- Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
