As Office / Warehouse Cleaner, your role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment. The Details: Salary: £19,113.54 Per Annum/£12.25 Per Hour Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday Length of Shift: 6 Hours Hours: 06:00-12:00/07:00-13:00/08:00-14:00 Flexible Annual Leave: 28 Days Inclusive of Bank Holidays Paid Monthly Parking Onsite Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to): Clean building floors by sweeping or mopping them Gather and empty rubbish Service, clean, and supply restrooms Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours Checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created Discarding and removing plastic from pallets Key Experience and Qualifications: Knowledge of general hygiene practices Good knowledge of cleaning products and applications Ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products Good verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills and Behavioural Competencies Detail-oriented Task focused Proactive Disciplined Benefits: Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program INCLUSION Menzies Distribution Solutions is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment, where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
