We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at Berry BMW Group in Chiswick, London.
Delivery and collection to end customers while providing excellent service that includes a handover and explanation of controls of the vehicle.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service by ensuring timely and safe transportation of vehicles. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Safely transport vehicles to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
* Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules.
* Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
* Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
* Uphold Berry BMW Group's standards of professionalism and courtesy.
* Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record NO previous driving bans
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
* Strong commercial driving skills with knowledge of vehicle operation.
* Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
