Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
* Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
* Engage stakeholders to understand needs and align project objectives.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
* Lead and motivate project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
* Manage resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
* Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and strategic planning.
* Qualifications in project management (e.g., Agile Foundation, APM, PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.
* Strong communication skills, including technical writing and client interaction.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
