Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Based in Rotherham
£45,000.00 to £50,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-time | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and support a team delivering home care services
* Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews, DBS checks, and onboarding
* Manage training and induction, ensuring all staff meet required standards
* Monitor team performance, handle supervisions, and address disciplinary issues when necessary
* Ensure client needs are assessed and met through tailored care plans and regular reviews
* Promote client engagement and contribute to the branch's quality assurance efforts
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the branch and client homes
* Ensure rotas are managed effectively and care calls are delivered as scheduled
What They're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing domiciliary care or a similar service
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Availability to work alternate weekends and be on call as needed
* A compassionate, proactive attitude and genuine commitment to high-quality care
