Secondary SEN Teacher - West London
Location: West London (Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Brent)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)
Salary: £160 - £230 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)
Start Date: ASAP or Negotiable
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with students' EHCPs and learning profiles.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development in a structured and nurturing environment.
Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carers to provide holistic support.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Essential
* Experience teaching in an SEN or mainstream setting (secondary phase)
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive practices
* Excellent communication, adaptability, and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
