We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham, which is responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This role will initially be in office for 6 month probation and then move to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:
* Providing comprehensive client service administration to aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, completing documentation for compliant new business submissions, and updating the CRM system accurately.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries.
* Preparing client reports, Letters of Authority and processing withdrawal and drawdown requests.
* Ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above which is equivalent to GCSE.
* Have previous administrative experience supporting Financial Planners or Wealth professionals.
* Have experience of onboarding clients, preparing meeting packs, processing Letters of Authority and supporting transfers.
* Have knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, GIAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Offshore Bonds.
* A strong ethic of client service.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
* The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
