You’ll be supporting the commercial team by: Providing analytical and administrative support to help achieve our business goals Managing and reconciling customer rebates, keeping reports and documentation up to date Preparing and analysing data to spot commercial performance trends Supporting colleagues with self-service reporting, including training and guidance Helping to deliver commercial projects on time by supporting planning, execution, and reporting Maintaining account mapping and ensuring sales portfolios are aligned Assisting with audit preparation and documentation Managing contracts and maintaining accurate pricing information Acting as a key point of contact between commercial teams and other departments You’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team that values open communication, teamwork, and doing the right thing for our customers and colleagues. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business. You’ll bring: Relevant experience in a similar role Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence using the Microsoft Office suite Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or SQL (desirable but not essential) Excellent communication and organisational skills A logical, analytical, and methodical approach to your work Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm under pressure A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn We’ll give you all the support and guidance you need to succeed and grow your career with us.
