The role
We're looking for a project coordinator to join our Delivery Management Office. The role involves collaborating with delivery leads, workforce allocation teams and our client experience teams to ensure the preparation and ownership of accurate and timely data management and the consolidation of reports into various functions for all levels of the organisation. You will be confident to take the lead on facilitating workshops, improving processes with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with information in various formats, predominantly excel, to produce reporting for various stakeholder groups including the key account teams and the executive team.
You'll be working with a group of stakeholders across different departments to create a well-rounded view of the project landscape. You will help ensure the success of outcomes for our clients by managing internal project records. In addition to this, you'llsupport the onboarding of consultants to client projects and handle any administration surrounding this (updating reporting and notifying clients and partners of start dates and consultant details).
Essential experience:
- Working with Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and Excel
- Coordinating multiple projects in parallel
- Managing and prioritising your workload with good time management skills
Other essential skills:
- Have a keen eye and are detailed oriented
- Want to learn and are naturally inquisitive
- Are a problem-solver and enjoy challenging the status quo
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are a team player and collaborate well with others
Other helpful experience:
- Experience in a project focused role in a consultancy environment
- Preparing reports for c-suite and business leaders
- Working with ERP tools such as Workday
Salary
Salary range: £34,000 - £44,000
