As a key player in our North locality team, you will work closely with children under various stages such as child in need, child protection, PLO, and care proceedings. What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of cases involving children and families, crafting effective plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Manage a diverse caseload, providing support and intervention for children in need and coordinating child protection efforts.
* Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including families, schools, and healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic support.
* Attend court and prepare reports as required during care proceedings to advocate for the best interest of the child.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational guidelines.
